Tidy Temple Yoga Relaunch Party, 30th April 2016

Saturday 30th April, 3.00pm – 6.00pm
Tidy Temple Yoga Nicholls, 125 Temperley Street, Nicholls, ACT

We celebrated a new beginning to our yoga studio with a relaunch party that proved to be a great evening of community and fun. 45 to 50 people (yogis and non-yogis) came along and brought their own light to create a memorable party and a perfect kick off to a new pathway for Tidy Temple Yoga.

There was a free yoga class led by our core team followed by mingling, drinks and food. The first 30 attendees were given  ‘goodie’ bags. A big thank you to following businesses for donating either prizes for our raffle draw and/or discounts and inserts for our goodie bags (Gold Creek Roasted, Bliss Haven Day Spa, SIBU Hair, Green Herring Restaurant, Lorna Jane Belconnen, ISHKA Belconnen, BEAUTIFY Salon Macquarie)

Liberal Party member Alistair Coe attended and gave a speech on the importance of community and Tidy Temple Yoga’s role in helping the health of the local population . Other speakers included representatives Todd Berry and Chris Thompson Lang of Solider On (An organisation that supports our wounded war veterans that suffer from PTSD and their families). Tidy Temple co-founder, Mindfulness leader and Frontline Foundation Board Member Rob Ginnivan had a few words to say too regarding our mission in creating balance, strength and transformation in as many peoples lives as possible.

The Tidy Temple Yoga relaunch party set a strong foundation for new growth with the offering of more class and payment options. We hope to once again, in the near future light up the community with another party! Keep an eye out and see you on the mat!
